Aaron Resnick received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and History with honors from Emory University and a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida. Mr. Resnick is admitted to all of the state and federal courts in Florida and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Resnick's practice concentrates on civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, real estate matters, and all other disputes that end up in a court room. Do I qualify to receive my deposit back?
As a purchaser of real estate, you have rights under Florida law. If you did not close on your property within two years from the date you signed the contract, if there have been material changes to what you have purchased (including changes by the developer to the size of your unit, the building, amenities, etc.), if you were provided with false or misleading promotional materials or if you were not provided with every required document from the developer under Florida law, then you should contact us immediately.
